I highly recommend coming to get a car from this place ! Thanks to RAY for helping me and my fiancé tyler out with getting a 2015 Nissan Versa🩷. We talked over the phone about financing a vehicle with a down payment of $2,500 . We’ve been to at least 5 dealerships that turned us away but this place was patient, updated us on the application, got an approval and came the next day and left with a car like promised ! a place that doesn’t waste your time , a place that listen and understand people problems and willing to make it work ! and we only been here for an hour ! thank you RAY so much for helping us ! the environment, the customer service was top tier i will definitely be back in the future to purchase another car

Ray Morales and the Gerald Auto Sales team really came through for me in my desperate time of need. Having been to 2 dealerships and leaving in great disappointment I googled and found Gerald Auto Sales in Joliet. Afraid to have my credit ran again which would continue to lower my score, I listen to Ray's promise that he would fit me into a reliable vehicle that I would like with a reasonable down payment. Although I was skeptical and afraid I listened to him. He and his staff fit me into a 2023 Kia Soul that for me was love at first sight. He and his team worked with me and made it possible to drive off the lot fully covered with insurance and an affordable car note they treated me with respect and gave me total honesty..
