I am caring for my mom and have 0 time. i seen a yukon on line and went to check it out .wanted to buy it my bank kind of dripped the ball raul helped figure a way i had no time to go back to ill to get it fred the owner brought it to wisconsin saved me so much time these guys went above and beyond just a sale can not thank them enough for there help and would recomend them to friends and family thanks again

Absolutely fantastic experience. I'll admit the place doesn't look like much driving by (I honestly had probably gone past it hundreds of times without noticing it), but my wife and I were both impressed with almost everything once we stopped in. Our salesman, Ray, was genuine and very easy to work with. We drove two cars and actually didn't buy the first night because the money just didn't work. There was no hard sales push, but Ray worked at it for a few days and we were able to find something that worked personally for us. I want to mention one other thing that impressed me was the quality of the cars on the lot. As I mentioned, we test drove two vehicles and both were clean and in great condition and drove smoothly. That first night when we were leaving without purchasing, I asked Ray about a car that had just come on to the lot, and he told me he didn't think it would even go up for sale because the mechanic didn't feel it was up to their standards. Overall, it was refreshing to go through a car buying experience that didn't feel like a chore, and I would absolutely buy from them again.

My Husband and I had a great experience again at Gerald Auto. Mark was our sales Rep and he was fantastic throughout even telling us some jokes and some life experiences to make me feel at ease. I needed a car. We came in on Saturday, test driven two Chevy Malibu’s to get the feel of both cars of different years. I was still hesitant about getting a new car and having a car note. To make me feel more at ease, they let me take the car home over the holiday weekend. When I brought the car back, they had it all figured out and kept my numbers right where I needed them to be. Great job Mark and his Team!!!
