The salesman we saw was personable and relaxed. Mark didn't pressure us into making a hasty decision and seemed dedicated to making sure we walked away with a good deal, which we did.

Although this Chicago weather does not help in the car shopping experience, Mark and Ray made the experience very easy for us, GREAT TEAMWORK! They both made us feel comfortable answering questions both in English and Spanish. Car was clean upon received and would definitely return.

I had such a great experience at Gerald! I worked with Ray, and he contacted me and found out exactly what I needed and could afford. To be honest, my limitations were pretty extreme, but he was able to work with financing and get me terms I could afford. We did all this online and over the phone, so I didn’t even have to come in until I knew I was good to go. I went in the next day, test drove the vehicle and loved it, and Ray had me out of there in a car I loved in record time!

What I appreciated most is that they called me to be sure I wanted certain things done because I still had life in some of the parts. And....the honesty part I appreciate is one of the things that was replaced months ago went bad, they still honored the warranty on it. That is trustworthy business. Mark Kwi is your guy! I put a request in and he got to me within 20 minutes of the day starting and helped walk me through the entire process with ease. Talked to me about the online process that I could do and it helped so much when I physically got into the shop. I got to test drive the car/s I wanted to try and in less than an hour I was in and out with a great new vehicle. Mark made this experience so much faster and better than I ever imagined possible.
